The Menu

We keep it small and do it properly. Smash burgers, crispy fried chicken sandwiches, wings, loaded chips, and a few things for sharing. Everything is made fresh to order.

Our fried chicken is double-coated for extra crunch, go Nashville hot if you can handle the heat. Chips are hand-cut and cooked twice the way they should be. Vegan burgers and sides that hold their own, not an afterthought.

Vegan? You're Sorted.

This isn't a token vegan option at the bottom of the menu. We do vegan versions of our burgers and fried chicken sandwiches that genuinely hold their own, ask anyone who's had the Nashville Vegan Chicken. It's the same crispy, hot, messy sandwich, just plant-based.

Vegan smash burgers, loaded chips, and sides are always on the menu. No compromises, no afterthoughts. Some of our best Google reviews are from people who came in for the vegan food and couldn't believe how good it was.

Where Our Beef Comes From

Our burger mince comes from Butchery at Bowhouse on the Balcaskie Estate in Fife, just across the water from Edinburgh. Their Lincoln Red cattle are a rare native breed, 100% pasture-fed on herbal grasslands and Soil Association organic certified. The cows are moved to fresh pasture daily, and the beef is dry-aged whole for six weeks at Bowhouse before it's butchered and sent to us.

It makes a difference you can taste. The marbling from the Lincoln Red breed keeps the patty juicy, and the six weeks of dry-aging gives it a depth of flavour you don't get from regular mince.
