As I started to write this blog I remembered that Rachael from Brooklyn Brewery had made a rather fetching poster, which says almost all we need to say on this event.

What the poster doesn't say is that you'll be trying 10 different breads to highlight the effects of different types of fermentation on bread, and four beers (Brooklyn Lager, Scorcher IPA, Bel Air - a Brewmaster Reserve sour ale - and Serpent, the cider lees fermented barrel aged Thornbridge collab) to discuss the effects of different types of fermentation on beer. As always, there will be cheese with added pickles we're making with Brooklyn beer.

Emily Cuddeford, Twelve Triangles head baker will be chatting bread and Rachael Weseloh from Brooklyn Brewery will be chatting beer.
